Contact: Requesters

The Contact page displays general contact information about the requester.

The following fields are displayed on the Contact page:

• Address fields:Address of the contact.

• Phone/Fax: Work, home, mobile, and fax phone numbers.

• Email Address: The email address of the requester. This field is validated for proper email formatting.

• SMS Address: The SMS Email address of the requester for sending text messages through a Rules Manager - Text Message action. This field should be populated with the 10-digit cell phone number and the carrier's designated SMS address.

  As an example, Verizon's SMS domain is @vtext.com, so an SMS Email address for a Verizon number might appear as 4155551212@vtext.com. As another example, for AT&T, an address might be 4155551212@text.att.net.

• Other Phone: Other phone information, such as a pager.

• Web Site: URL of website for contact.
